Good news, runners! Due to high demand, we’ve added a second session of our FREE Yoga for Runners Workshop! 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Our first Yoga for Runners Prep Workshop is fully booked—but don’t worry! We’ve added a second FREE workshop on the same day to make space for everyone on the waitlist (and you!).

Join us for this special session with Katie Bowen, designed to support your Cork City Marathon prep through movement, breath, and recovery.

If you’re training for the Cork City Marathon and missed the first session—this is your chance to join us on the mat.

This 60-minute workshop is designed to help you:
✨ Improve mobility and flexibility
✨ Recover smarter
✨ Calm your nervous system before race day

Led by yoga teacher (and runner!) Katie Bowen, this session includes:
🔹 Functional stretches tailored to runners
🔹 Pranayama (breathwork) to enhance focus and endurance
🔹 Mindful tools to support your body pre- and post-race
